Jennifer Vickers

Jennifer Vickers is a distinguished Realtor® celebrated for her relationship-focused approach to residential listings. With a background in public relations and marketing, she blends communication skills, aesthetic sensibilities, and persuasive sales tactics to help clients achieve their goals. Since entering real estate in 2014, Jennifer’s meticulous attention to detail has consistently ranked her as a Top Producer. Her numerous accolades include the HAR Realtor of the Year and the 20 Under 40 Rising Stars in Real Estate Awards, as well as being a multi-year recipient of the Texas Monthly Five Star Real Estate Award. Jennifer has significantly contributed to the industry as a NAR director and a director for Texas Realtors. She notably chaired the HAR Technology Advisory Group, playing a crucial role in developing the ShowingSmart service. Outside of her professional achievements, Jennifer is deeply involved in her community, volunteering with various organizations and serving as the Treasurer of her Civic Club and the Friends of the Lorraine Cherry Nature Preserve. Lisa Perez

Lisa Perez, a dedicated Houston-based Realtor since February 2018, brings a unique perspective from her previous career in the medical field. A lifelong Houston resident, Lisa has a deep connection to the community where she has raised her three sons during her 27-year marriage. Her commitment extends beyond professional pursuits; Lisa served for six years on her children’s high school Booster Club board. She also dedicates her time to local animal rescue groups and is involved with her neighborhood HOA events committee. As a proud pet parent to two dogs and five cats, Lisa’s love for animals is evident. Her dedication to her community and passion for helping others make her a perfect fit for our team.
