The Houston Associate of Realtors recently came out with their monthly report for the month of June. June officially marks the fourth straight month of positive growth in single-family home sales.

While homes continue to sell in the Houston area, Sandcastle Homes wants to help buyers by offering a $10,000 incentive for completed homes and $5,000 for incomplete homes for the month of July.
