Stephanie Carwile was born and raised in Northeast Houston. In 2004, she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Sam Houston State University. Prior to joining Sandcastle Homes, Stephanie worked for five years as the office manager for a criminal defense law firm in Houston.  She joined the Sandcastle team on August 2, 2006.   Like all Sandcastle employees, Stephanie has a multi-faceted job description. She is the on-site land development coordinator, a construction superintendent and a quality assurance inspector. She has earned her designation as a “Certified Graduate Builder” and “Certified Green Professional” through the National Association of Home Builders. She is also a member of the Greater Houston Builders Association. Most importantly, Stephanie is the proud mother of the most devilishly handsome and charming little boy on the planet.

She is very passionate about building a Sandcastle Home to perfection. Congrats Steph and thanks for being a part of our team!
