On October 6, 2012, The Greater Houston Builders Association held the ‘Houston’s Best Prism Awards’ at the Hilton Americas Houston to celebrate and recognize the industry’s finest homebuilders around the Greater Houston area.

Sandcastle Homes is proud to announce that our Manchester floor plan has been named “Custom Home Design Under $400,000” and “Custom Home Townhome Product Design”! “Houston’s Best Prism Awards” honor the year’s top builders, remodelers and developers in the Greater Houston area. Entries were judged by a panel of out-of-state industry experts.
