Sandcastle Homes To Build In Spring Branch

Sandcastle Homes is excited to announce that we will be building in a new market area,
Spring Branch.

We will be building 14 free-standing, two story homes on the corner of Janak Drive and Johanna Drive. The homes will have a gated entrance, private driveways, and private yards.JanakJohanna

Sandcastle Homes will be building two specialty floor plans in this community, our Lisbon and Sterling floor plans.

The Lisbon plan is a very functional plan features an island kitchen, corner fireplace in the living room and a game room upstairs. It also has a fantastic master suite, with two walk-in closets and a giant corner bathtub.

The Sterling is a Specialty Floor plan because it requires a large lot to build. In contrast to most of our plans, the Sterling has a more traditionally sectioned layout, with a truly distinct first floor study, family room and dining room, plus a large loft upstairs. All bedrooms have walk-in closets and the open island kitchen opens up to the Family room, which has a fireplace.
