Sandcastle Homes has started construction on 9 homes on West 23rd street in Shady Acres. This project features floor plans like the Geneva, Barcelona, Athens and Bordeaux and our biggest back yards (145′ deep lots!). We recently redesigned the Barcelona and Geneva floor plans to make them more functional and practical. West 23rd is a quiet street that dead ends into Little Thicket Park and, unlike most streets in this area, there’s no-through traffic. These homes start at $444,900.
