Sandcastle Homes has started construction on two Coronado’s on a corner lot on Rutland Street, in the Heights. These homes have great curb appeal, and look like traditional single family homes. The homes are two-story, free standing, have a gated front yard and oversized yard!

The Coronado’s first floor has a large, inviting living room, formal dining, large kitchen and breakfast room and 10′ ceilings. The second floor features an incredibly spacious master suite, large secondary bedrooms connected by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom and a very functional gameroom. The Coronado plan was designed to be built on a corner lot.
