Sandcastle Homes on Kiam Street

Sandcastle Homes has started construction on 2 homes on Kiam Street in Cottage Grove, both at $464,900! Cottage Grove is a quiet neighborhood just north of I-10. It is minutes away from major freeways, Downtown, Washington Ave., and Memorial Park. These homes will be move-in ready this December!

The homes will feature our Bordeaux and Chesapeake floorplans. These floorplans are 2-story, and have 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. Custom cabinets, Bosch stainless steel appliances, granite or quartz countertops and wood floors on the first floor are just some of our standard features. Both homes will have private driveways and backyards.
