Sandcastle Homes is honored to have been selected as one of 2012 Houston’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For™!

Sandcastle Homes is the only homebuilder in Houston to receive this honor in 2012.

The winners were selected based on evaluation by an independent research firm. The categories evaluated include: compensation, benefits and employee solutions, employee enrichment, engagement and retention, employee education and development, employee achievement and recognition, recruitment, selection and orientation, community initiatives, strategic company performance, work-life balance, communication and shared vision, and diversity and inclusion.

The Best and Brightest Companies to Work For™ is a program of the National Association for Business Resources and is presented annually in Detroit, Chicago, Atlanta, Houston, and Grand Rapids.
