New Construction in the West End

The homes recently built by Sandcastle Homes in the West End on Inker St. are completely closed out! The West End, located along Houston’s Washington Avenue Corridor, continues to grow every year. Due to the high demand of this area, Sandcastle Homes will be building two new homes on Nolda Street. This street has close proximity to I-10, Memorial Park, Washington Avenue, and the Houston Galleria!

Our Geneva floor plan will be built at 5337 Nolda. This floor plan has an open downstairs, large game room, study, and two over-sized walk-in closets located in the Master!

The Athens, voted ‘Best Townhome of the year- 2010’, will be built at 5339 Nolda. This home also has a very open downstairs with a large island kitchen, a HUGE Master suite, and a jack-and-jill bathroom conveniently located between the two secondary bedrooms.
