Houston Market Continues to Climb in Houston!

The Houston Association of Realtors reported that compared to last year single-family home sales rose 9.6% in April 2012. This marks the 11^th straight month of sales that exceed the same month a year ago.

The positive news should come as no surprise. The Houston economy has been consistently strengthening. It should also be noted that over the past year Houston added 96,000 jobs.
