Sandcastle Homes is a committed partner to the Greater Houston Builders Association Green Built Gulf Coast since 2007.
As a part of the Initiative, Sandcastle Homes has adopted green building practices in six categories that cover the complete construction process, from beginning to end: Site Development, Materials, Energy, Health, Water and Operations.
The mission of the Green Built Gulf Coast is to accelerate the adoption of building practices that result in energy-efficient, healthier and environmentally sustainable buildings by promoting credible and practical green building approaches for residential and commercial construction.
