Gardens at Shady Acres: Six More Homes Released for Sale

Sandcastle Homes have released six more homes in the second phase of Gardens At Shady Acres on Beall Landing Court (PVT) off of W. 26th St. This section is the gated portion of the project and will consist of 25 homes. These homes are being released for sale in four blocks of 6-7 homes at a time. The third block is now available for purchase. Prices for the six homes in this section starts at $409,900.
