The New Year brings changes, new communities and homes! Here is what to expect from Sandcastle Homes in 2018:

Floorplan Changes and Feature Updates

This year, we have made changes to our Coronado and Geneva floorplans. The Coronado will have more of an open concept on the first floor and will now include a private study on the first floor. In both of these floorplans, we will be deleting the bath tub and will have an extra-large shower instead.

Shady Acres

In 2017, we started construction on 10 homes in Shady Acres on West 22nd Street. These homes feature our Athens, Barcelona, Geneva and Bordeaux floorplans and all will have huge backyards! As we come into the new year, we will be finishing up construction on these homes. We still have 5 available homes left!

Houston Heights

We will be starting construction on 1 home on West 27th street later this month. This home will be one of our detached garage floorplans, the Gibraltar, which features a separate formal living/dining, a cozy niche upstairs and a massive master bathroom. Later this spring, we will be building 2 front-loading homes on West 20th street.

Heights Annex

At the end of 2017, we started on 2 homes on Prince street in the 1200 block. The floorplans on this street are an Athens and a Bordeaux and both homes are still available!

Montrose

This year, we will be back in Montrose building homes on Pedan and Branard street. Both streets will have 2 front-loading homes on it. This area of Houston is a prime spot to live in, being minutes away from Downtown, the Upper Kirby area and the Medical Center.

Rice Military

At the end of last year, we started construction on 2 homes on Reinerman Street that will have an Athens and a Bordeaux floorplan. These homes are located on a quiet street in Rice Military. Closer to the summer, we will be building a Warwick, a specialty floorplan, on Asbury street in Rice Military as well. We will be starting construction on homes on Dickson street, which will have 2 Coronado’s, and Knox street, which will have a Barcelona and Bordeaux, later this year.

Last year, we started on a Barcelona and Bordeaux on Malone street. In February, we will be starting construction on 6 homes down the street on Malone. The floorplans featured on this street will be our Barcelona, Coronado, Geneva and Bordeaux. In addition, we will be building 2 homes located on Marina street, which is on the other side of Shepherd/Durham from Malone.
