Brand New Listings in Cottage Grove!

If you like a huge open floorplan, the Geneva is a great plan! This plan has huge kitchen in the corner with a large granite top bar, perfect for serving your favorite appetizers and wine. In addition, it has a private study and a giant game room! The Master quarter is opposite of the two secondary rooms.

The Barcelona floorplan is practical and has always been our most popular! As you enter the home, the foyer separates the kitchen and breakfast nook from the dining and living room. The living room and dining room are open and very spacious! The breakfast room has beautiful bay windows, allowing natural sunlight to enter your home!

The Athens floorplan is another floorplan that is great for entertaining! The huge island in the kitchen is a great gathering and serving location! As you enter the second floor, there is a large game room, the Master quarter, and two secondary rooms, connected by a jack-and-jill bathroom.
