30-year mortgage rates hit new record low

According to the’ Associated Press’, mortgage rates hit a new record low. The rate of a 30 year loan fell to 3.84% on Thursday, May 03. In addition, the 15 year loan also dropped to its record low of 3.07%.
The new rates should restore confidence for those who have been on the fence about purchasing a new home or refinancing their home.
